We are off to Vegas to tie the knot, get hitched, take the plunge…pick your favourite euphemism. Vegas the home of casinos, slot machines, The Strip and the big fights…cue jokes about Kelvin punching above his weight (I know…)
Apart from a bride and groom, a licence and a bit of cake what does a wedding need? Guests of course. That’s where you come in. Do you wanna come along and help us celebrate?
I know what you are thinking, all that way for a bloody wedding you must be joking. That’s why you shouldn’t think of it as a wedding…frame it as a lovely debauched holiday where you happened to stumble into a wedding for an afternoon…and the evening (that bit is tequila consumption dependent of course)
A website is a bit much though isn’t it?
Well yes, but there are good reasons for going to all this trouble. Let me explain…
1) We are still a long way from May next year and there will be lots of things to update along the way and I don’t want to have to speak to you that much so you can just drop in here to find out more
2) We can give links to the good stuff…flights, hotels, outfitters, bars, shows…yes that’s right you have to book and pay for those yourself… we are not made of money
3) It means we don’t have to splash out on wedding stationery
4) It will make us look way cooler than we really are…
That’s it. We are getting married, you are invited and we would love to share our day with you. In case you are worried you won’t have to spend much time with us…it’s not an organised coach tour, it’s your holiday. There’s the day itself of course and maybe some dinner and drinks… oh and a big show of course (do Kiss still have a residency…that would be great🤘) but other than that you do your thing and we will do ours.
